Our intuitive redaction tool helps you easily find and identify redactions. Analyze documents yourself or use the internal AI to highlight exemptions that you approve. Redaction, review and approval each happen with the click of a button with exemptions clearly documented.

All of the data you need for your quarterly and annual reports for the Department of Justice is just a click away. Just go to the reports tab, select the canned report you would like, choose the time period you need and click the button.
Workflows Tailored To The FOIA Process
1. Request Intake
If you receive a request through FOIA.gov or your online form a notification will be sent to the appropriate person to let you know. If you have to enter a request manually, you can either take the next step or have the person responsible for doing so notified.
2. Request Evaluation
When you confirm a request as perfected, you can create and log a new request. If you need to respond to the requester for more information or to reject the request you can do that easily. Confirm or reject the request to expedite. Scope and size the request and assign it to a queue.
3. Responsive Records Search
Search the FOIA repository. Easily send requests to agency team members to search for responsive records. They can simply upload documents directly into the system. Automated notifications and reminders are set to your preferences.
4. Responsive Records Review
Efficiently find, identify and make redactions, either through your own analysis or with help from the built in AI. Request redaction review and send notification. Flag records for proactive disclosure. Flag requests for referral, consultation or coordination.
5. Request Response
Prepare the response to the requester with communication templates. Request review, if necessary. Confirm payment, if applicable. Release records and send the full response to the requester.
