NYC School Construction Authority OIG (NYCSCA OIG)

WingSwept is proud to announce that the New York City School Construction Authority Office of Inspector General (NYCSCA OIG) has adopted WingSwept’s Case Management & Tracking System (CMTS) to enhance its oversight and investigative capabilities.

The mission of NYCSCA OIG is to protect the School Construction Authority (SCA) from fraud, waste, and abuse, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws as well as SCA policies and protocols. The OIG works to prevent victimization from fraudulent schemes, racketeering, and wasteful practices, addressing issues such as billing for undelivered services or supplies, bid rigging, extortion, labor racketeering, and the misuse of SCA resources. With CMTS, NYCSCA OIG will benefit from enhanced case tracking, streamlined workflows, and secure handling of sensitive investigations.

“We are honored to support NYCSCA OIG in their mission to safeguard public funds and ensure accountability in school construction projects,” said Jay Strickland, CEO of WingSwept. “Our system will enable their team to investigate and address misconduct more effectively, promoting transparency and integrity.”

WingSwept is committed to assisting NYCSCA OIG in advancing their mission of protecting education infrastructure and fostering trust in public investments.
