John is a retired Federal Executive with over 30 years of experience conducting and overseeing complex investigations into various criminal, civil, and administrative violations involving agency programs and operations at three Federal Offices of Inspector General. He managed a full range of human, information, and financial resources, including oversight of case management and other IT systems. He was actively involved in a wide range of IG-community projects, including developing and updating the Quality Standards for Investigations and the Quality Assessment Guidelines for Investigative Operations of Federal Offices of Inspector General. In retirement, John enjoys traveling with his wife, creating memories with his son, tackling home projects, pursuing volunteer opportunities, and spending as much time as possible in the woods and on the water.
