The Iowa MFCU plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the Iowa Medicaid program and healthcare services within the state of Iowa. Its mission encompasses investigating allegations of fraud committed against the Iowa Medicaid program, fraudulent activities, and patient abuse pertaining to the provision of healthcare goods and services. With CMTS, DIAL the Iowa MFCU will benefit from streamlined complaint tracking, improved coordination, and secure management of sensitive information.
